Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training Groups
DBT is a therapy designed to help increase the chances you will experience life as worth living.
One part of DBT is learning behavioral skills. Groups offer a safe environment in which to learn DBT skills without using up valuable individual therapy time. At Sycamore & Sage, we value teaching and practicing skills in a way that is both practical and immediately applicable.

Referral Process
We have found that to best serve clients in DBT Skills Training groups, we need some information first.
The first step is for a provider to complete the form at right. When we have received this form, we will connect with clients to schedule an orientation.
Clients can begin group at the beginning of each new module. Our next start date is April 25.
Start your group journey.
Groups are open to adults 18 years old or older. We will bill your insurance directly or offer a discount if you choose to pay out of pocket.
If DBT seems to be an appropriate program for you, we will continue with an orientation meeting, which needs to be completed prior to entering a skills training group. New clients can start the group skills training at the beginning of each module.
Contact us for information related to group start dates, meeting days and times, or if you have questions about payment. A member of our team will contact you within 5-10 business days to review your referral information.
